My data isn't syncing across devices. What should I do?

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. Go to Profile → Sync Now to trigger a manual sync. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.

I reinstalled the app and my data is gone. Can I recover it?

Yes — if you had cloud sync enabled, your data is safe. Sign in with the same account you used before and your inventory will be restored automatically on launch.

How do I take a quick inventory count?

Open any storage and tap the clipboard icon next to an item, or swipe right on any item and tap Count. Enter the new quantity, choose Set to or Adjust by mode, and tap Save. You can also track the stock as a new batch with its own expiry date when counting up.

What is AI Smart Count and how do I use it?

Smart Count lets you count your entire inventory hands-free using AI. Tap the sparkle icon from any storage to get started. There are three modes: Voice — speak your counts aloud (e.g. "5kg flour, 3 olive oil") and AI logs them instantly; Photo — point your camera at a product and AI identifies and records it; Sheet — photograph a handwritten or printed stock list and AI extracts every row automatically. Review the AI's suggestions before saving — you stay in control.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes cloud sync, up to 5 storage areas, 50 items per storage, 3 AI Smart Counts per feature per month, reorder alerts, expiry tracking, PDF & CSV export, and push notifications. Pro gives you unlimited storages, unlimited items, unlimited AI Smart Count, full analytics history, team collaboration, and no ads. Pro is $4.99/month or $39.99/year.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Stoqly Pro → Cancel Subscription. Or tap "Manage Subscription" inside the app's Profile tab.

I purchased Remove Ads but ads are still showing.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue continues, sign out and back in, then tap Restore Purchases again.

How do I invite team members to my workspace?

Tap the team icon in the top-left of the Storages screen (Pro only). From there you can invite colleagues by email and assign them a Manager or Viewer role. They'll receive a prompt to accept when they next open the app.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data within 30 days. You can also email us at support@vishuddhi.in with the subject "Delete My Account".

The barcode scanner isn't working.

Make sure camera access is granted: iPhone Settings → Stoqly → Camera → toggle on. The scanner supports EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, QR, Code128, and more.

Smart Count Voice mode isn't picking up my voice.

Make sure microphone access is granted: iPhone Settings → Stoqly → Microphone → toggle on. Speak clearly and wait for the listening indicator before saying your counts. Voice mode works best in a quiet environment.
